Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantitative surveys, and life cycle cost analyses (MEP focus)
- Lead value engineering studies and support civil, architectural, and structural preconstruction efforts
- Develop and maintain CPM project schedules
- Draft scopes of work and conduct thorough plan/specification reviews
- Perform field inspections and coordinate project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10–12 years of estimating experience within a construction environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Preferred: Sage Estimating, Primavera scheduling, LEED accreditation, energy modeling, prior estimating/project management experience
