This is a rare opportunity to lead and build the Environmental Estimating team of a top-tier general contractor with major growth across civil and environmental sectors. Reporting directly to the Director, this Senior Estimator will help drive estimating excellence across contaminated soil remediation, demolition, and ground water treatment projects.

● $160,000–$200,000 base
Requirements
● 8+ years of Estimating experience with contaminated sites, landfills, demo, and heavy civil
● Knowledge across mining, reclamation, stormwater solutions, dams, and water treatment plants
● Strong estimating systems experience (HeavyBid, AGTEK, Bluebeam)
● Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
