Our client is award winning Mid level General Contractor. Annual revenue in excess of $150MM. Due to continued growth & a backlog of awarded projects they are now in a position to add an additional experienced senior Estimator to their Ft Lauderdale office.

With the vision of offering the standard of services expected from the biggest & best General Contractors with the touch & care of a family run business, our clients performs full General Contracting services for markets including Mid & Low Rise Multi family, Mixed-Use & Senior Living facilities , Commercial & renovations/Up-fits.

As the Senior Estimator you will coordinate with the Vice President of Preconstruction. Review budgets & scoops of work. Coordinate directly with Clients, Owners & operations team.

As a Senior Estimator you will work on a diverse portfolio of Commercial projects ranging from £15MM-$75MM alongside

Requirements:

• 4-8 years estimating / preconstruction experience within a General Contractor
• Experience leading projects $10M-$45M
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Commercial , Multi-Family or Mixed Use project experience a plus
• BIM, Timberline, On Screen Take-Off knowledge necessary
