Responsibilities:
- Develop cost estimates for a wide range of commercial construction projects
 - Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine project scope, timelines, and budgets
 - Prepare detailed take-offs and pricing from architectural plans and specifications
 - Conduct site visits and gather information necessary for project estimates
 - Analyze subcontractor proposals and negotiate pricing
 - Work closely with project teams to review and analyze bid results and participate in the selection of subcontractors and vendors
 - Develop relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
 - Participate in project kick-off meetings and contribute to project planning and scheduling
 - Review and analyze construction contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
 - Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction estimating
 - Strong knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, and materials
 - Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
 - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents
 - Strong communication and negotiation skills
 - Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
 - Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 - Must be willing to travel to project sites as needed
