Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates
- Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Solicit and level subcontractor pricing
- Develop scopes of work and bid packages
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
- Support value engineering initiatives
- Collaborate with operations and project teams during handoff
Requirements
- 4+ years of estimating experience with a GC
- Commercial or industrial construction experience
- Strong conceptual and hard bid estimating experience
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and communication skills
