- Work on large industrial manufacturing projects across the US.
- Up to $150K base + monthly per diem
Responsibilities:
- Take scope or design requirements from the owner and prepare detailed breakdowns of materials and labor
- Develop conceptual estimates based on square footage
- Serve as the sole estimator dedicated to the project, working onsite daily.
- Coordinate estimating efforts for a large-scale industrial manufacturing project with evolving scope
- Collaborate with the VP of Preconstruction.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of estimating experience, ideally within industrial manufacturing, automotive, electronics, food & beverage, or pharmaceutical projects
- Proven ability to handle large-scale projects valued at $50M–$100M+
- Construction related degree preferred but not essential
- Strong conceptual estimating skills and the ability to manage changing scopes effectively
- Willingness to work full-time onsite for the duration of the project
- Open to contract engagement - if relocation after 1 year is not possible.
