Responsibilities
- Lead and manage preconstruction pursuits on complex projects.
- Perform and review quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates.
- Produce and review final proposals for accuracy and completeness.
- Lead value engineering, alternates, and client presentations.
- Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals.
- Mentor and train Estimators and Preconstruction Engineers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of preconstruction experience with a General Contractor.
- Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, or data centers.
- Strong understanding of design build delivery and team coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple pursuits under pressure.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship building skills.
- High attention to detail with strong planning and prioritization ability.
