Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Electrical Preconstruction Manager to lead electrical preconstruction efforts across their most strategic projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead electrical preconstruction activities from conceptual estimating through GMP development and project turnover
- Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, cost studies, and value engineering analyses
- Review drawings, specifications, and design documents to identify risks, scope gaps, and cost-saving opportunities
- Serve as the electrical subject matter expert throughout the design and preconstruction process
- Collaborate with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and trade partners to align project scope, budget, and schedule objectives
- Develop procurement strategies for major electrical equipment and long-lead items
- Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor proposals
- Lead constructability reviews and design-assist efforts
- Support business development and pursuit teams with technical presentations and client interviews
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless transition from preconstruction to construction
- Monitor market trends, labor conditions, and material pricing to maintain estimate accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in electrical estimating, preconstruction, electrical project management, or related construction leadership roles
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, emergency power, lighting, low-voltage, and life safety systems
- Ability to develop conceptual estimates with limited design information
- Experience reviewing and coordinating design documents through multiple project phases
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple pursuits simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
