A top ENR general contractor in the Southeastern U.S. is looking for a Project Manager for one of their regional offices in North Carolina as they continue to grow.The ideal candidate will have project experience in any general commercial niche and projects over 10M+, a preference will be given to candidates with experience in Healthcare Construction.Position:Project ManagerThe successful candidate will have experience with mid to large commercial projects.Qualifications:

• Experience running large commercial projects from start to finish.
• Team player with proven experience working with clients, architects, superintendents and engineers.
• Developed skill in managing multiple projects with precision and speed.
• Sound economic decision making with focus on improving quality and keeping cost low.
• Ability to create long term client and sub-contractor relationships.

Compensation:

• $80,000-$90,000Depending on experience + annual bonus.
