Responsibilities
- Lead the complete preconstruction process.
- Develop conceptual budgets and detailed estimates.
- Manage design development and constructability reviews.
- Coordinate value engineering initiatives.
- Lead subcontractor procurement during preconstruction.
- Present budgets and estimates to clients.
- Partner closely with operations throughout project planning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of General Contractor preconstruction experience.
- Experience leading commercial or institutional projects.
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
- Knowledge of conceptual estimating, scheduling, and procurement.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
