As Preconstruction Manager, you will lead the design and Preconstruction Services of large complex projects across Arizona.

• Work across Healthcare, Light Industrial, Education, Office, and Commercial projects
• Perform as a preconstruction lead interacting with clients, architects, and designers

• Minimum of 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred
• Track record in projects from $60m+
• Capable of leading hard bids, negotiated bids, and conceptual project
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
