• Projects include: Education, Commercial, Federal, Retail & more

• 6+ Years of Experience in Preconstruction/Estimating
• Project management experience is a plus
• Local Subcontractor knowledge preferred (Not essential, open to relocators)
• Familiar with Estimating software's
• Experience Managing/Leading a team
• Excellent Communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Or other relevant area)
