Our client is a General Contractor who focus on Commercial Construction Projects; in particular large and complex pharmaceutical projects.

They are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to assist with commercial projects up to $500M.

Reporting to the Vice President of the company you will have ample opportunity to grow.

Requirements

  • B.S in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Related Field.
  • At least 10+ years of Estimating experience across all divisions.
  • Experience leading projects up to $100M
  • Excellent communication, presentation & teamwork skills.
