We are working with a national general contractor expanding their preconstruction team in Atlanta, GA.

Your new company provides ground up and renovations services to the commercial sector –multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality and office buildings. With projects ranging from £20MM - $100MM+

As Preconstruction Manager you will be responsible for management, coordination and delivery of the preconstruction phases of the project and providing technical leadership.

Requirements:

• 4 Year Construction related degree
• 5+ years estimating experience
• Field construction experience preferred
• Leadership and Supervisory skills
• Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors, architects, designers and clients
• Previous working experience of all project management control systems including planning/ scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement and business development
• Excellent computer skills – MS Excel, Word, Project
• Experience with OST, Primavera, AutoCad and Bluebeam
• Working knowledge of BIM a plus
• Effective interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
