We are assisting our client in the search for an experienced Preconstruction Manager in the North Eastern Atlanta area. The client is growing due to a strong backlog of projects extending well into 2024.The client focuses on Design build work across a wide variety of market sectors including Light Industrial, Manufacturing, K-12 & Higher Ed, Commercial & Healthcare work. With annual revenues in excess of $600M, they work on large scale & complex problems.  Due to the size of the firm you will have the backing & resources of a large firm with a family feel, capable of making agile & quick decisions without the red tape. If you are capable of leading a diverse & complex portfolio of projects through all stages of Preconstruction, then we would like to talk to you.

• Take up a leading role within the Preconstruction team reporting directly to the VP of Preconstruction
• Lead large scale commercial projects up to $100M
• Clear path for career progression with training & leadership paths set out.
• Up to $150,000 Base, Vehicle Allowance, Bonus

• 7+ years of lead Estimating experience.
• Background including Light Industrial, Manufacturing & commercial preferred.
• B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
