Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze RFP documents
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs
- Analyze vendor and subcontractor proposals
- Prepare bid comparisons and assist with pricing work packages
- Attend pre-bid site visits and project meetings as required
- Support wider preconstruction efforts across multiple active pursuits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of estimating experience (open to less for the right candidate with strong drive)
- Skilled in takeoffs, pricing, and technical document review
- Detail-oriented with a long-term interest in building a career in preconstruction
