Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare detailed scope sheets for individual trades on large projects and complete estimates on smaller projects.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractor bid invitations, communications, and incoming proposals for review.
• Review design documents and drawings to determine scope, required trades, and ensure full project coverage.
• Support the preconstruction team in generating presentation materials and maintaining cost, project, and subcontractor databases.

• 3+ years of experience in estimating or preconstruction with a commercial GC or relevant internship/co-op.
• Ability to read construction drawings and perform accurate takeoffs.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Familiarity with estimating tools (Bluebeam, Excel, OST preferred).
• Eagerness to grow professionally and contribute to a high-performance team.
