Responsibilities
- Support active preconstruction projects to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Perform daily estimating and planning activities
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Assist in evaluating schedules, logistics, and safety planning
- Quantify architectural, structural, MEP, and civil scopes
- Accurately obtain quantities for building components
- Support the team in meeting critical deadlines
- Collaborate closely with internal preconstruction and operations teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of length, area, and volume calculations
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
