Responsibilities
- Review project information and client criteria.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs.
- Assist in developing conceptual and detailed cost estimates.
- Solicit, review, and tabulate subcontractor and supplier proposals.
- Support schedules, clarifications, drawings, and proposal documents.
- Assist with risk assessment and contingency planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills.
- Clear communicator who builds strong internal and external relationships.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager learner with strong work ethic and accountability.
