They work on a very diverse portfolio of projects and are looking for a preconstruction manager with a focus on healthcare projects. There is a huge opportunity for growth in this role internally in Nashville or to another office in the US.

Requirements
- 7+ Years of experience in Preconstruction/Estimating roles.
- Previous field experience is a plus.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g Construction Management or Engineering).
- Essential to have good communication skills and previous experience working directly with clients.
