Our client is a large multifamily/residential development company in Indianapolis, IN. They are one of the largest players in the industry in the state of Indiana and are now expanding to compensate for the huge amount of growth they have experienced over the past 18 months.

As an Estimator you will be working with the team on multiple Multifamily/Residential projects simultaneously. You will be doing your own estimates as well as assisting Junior estimators throughout the process, reporting into the Lead Estimators for each project.

• 1-4 Years of Preconstruction Experience within a General Contracting Company
• Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• Interest in using up to date Preconstruction/Estimating Technologies is a plus.
• Great Communication skills with the ability to form & maintain good relationships.
