Expanding their Preconstruction team due to continued growth, with a backlog of projects secured in 2022 they are in the market for an experienced Senior Preconstruction Manager who is capable of overseeing a number of existing & new projects across Healthcare, Education, & Commercial projects ranging from $50MM-$150MM+.

Expert knowledge at taking these market type through the entire preconstruction lifecycle from Initial conceptual design to GMP & capable of assisting with the buy out process.

As the Senior Preconstruction Manager you can expect the following.

· Lead a wide variety of complex preconstruction projects ranging from $50MM-$150MM+

· Manage a team of estimators currently sitting in multiple offices across Florida including Miami/Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Orlando.

· Coordinate directly with he Regional SVP & VP of Preconstruction regarding the overall direction & goals of the Preconstruction department

· Highly competitive compensation including base salary, car allowance, bonus & more.

·  Construction Management or Engineering Degree

·  8-15+ years Preconstruction or Estimating experience within a large General Contractor

·  BIM, VDC,OST and Timberline Estimating Software experience a plus

·  On site Construction Delivery exposure or knowledge

·  Excellent communication and presentation skills
