We’re representing a respected general contractor in Washington, DC, that’s seeking an MEP Estimator to join their growing preconstruction team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes
- Perform quantity takeoffs, system comparisons, and cost studies
- Manage bid solicitations and subcontractor relationships
- Support preconstruction and design coordination efforts
- Contribute to value engineering and project cost modeling

Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in MEP estimating or construction
- Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
