Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field, and 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Technology, and Low Voltage systems.
- Critical thinking skills for interpreting contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
- Ability to perform in a client-facing role and have capabilities in training/supervising team members.
