Responsibilities
- Review inquiries and assess technical project requirements
- Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates
- Estimate self-perform and indirect project costs
- Support proposal submission and client negotiations
- Work to deadlines across multiple projects
- Collaborate with internal teams through preconstruction
Requirements
- MEP estimating experience within a General Contractor
- Strong blueprint reading capability
- Commercial MEP estimating experience and software knowledge
- Strong understanding of construction methods and cost structures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
