Position Overview
The MEP Estimator will support the industrial team with mechanical and electrical pricing for complex design-build projects across the Southeast. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced estimator to take on more ownership of scopes and be part of a growth-focused team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare mechanical, electrical, and plumbing takeoffs
- Manage scope analysis and bid reviews for MEP trades
- Engage with subcontractors to ensure scope coverage
- Develop and maintain historical cost databases
- Work closely with design teams on value engineering
- Participate in estimate strategy sessions and reviews
Requirements
- 5+ years of estimating experience with MEP or general trades
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or similar software
- Familiar with process-intensive or industrial MEP systems
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills
