Position Overview
The Junior MEP Estimator will join a well-established preconstruction team delivering complex healthcare facilities. This is an ideal role for someone early in their estimating career looking to build technical foundations and gain project exposure in a highly specialized market.

Responsibilities
- Assist with MEP quantity takeoffs and cost estimation
- Organize subcontractor bids and maintain scope logs
- Support preparation of bid packages and breakdowns
- Attend design meetings and record MEP updates
- Collaborate with the team to ensure pricing accuracy
- Perform data entry and updates to estimating systems
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in commercial or MEP construction
- Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Trimble, or related estimating tools
- Eagerness to learn and work within a fast-paced estimating environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
