Due to continued growth they are expanding their Preconstruction team & are in the market for an experienced Estimator.
On Offer
As Estimator you will be surrounded by a strong Estimating, Preconstruction and BIM/VDC team and responsible for:
- Prepare estimates using conceptual, design-build and hard bid techniques.
- Solicit bids and quotes from subcontractors
- Assist the team with the preparation of bid proposals
- Prepare quantity take-offs and bid analysis
- +Number of other responsibilities
- Receive Mentorship
- Career growth; the client has a reputation for organic growth
Requirements
- Construction Management or Engineering Degree
- 2+-5 years of Estimating or Preconstruction experience
- BIM, VDC, OST and Timberline Estimating Software experience a plus
- Onsite Project Engineer or Project Manager experience a big PLUS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
