Our client is a large national General Contracting and Construction Management firm, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. They are very well known in the area and specialize in commercial projects across retail, healthcare, education, hospitality & others!

As an Estimator you will initially be focusing heavily on the Special Projects Division, on projects up to $8m. You will be doing your own estimates as well as assisting Junior estimators and other members of the preconstruction department.

• 1-4 Years of Preconstruction Experience within a General Contracting Company
• Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• Experience using up to date Preconstruction/Estimating Technologies is a big plus.
• Excellent Communication skills, comfortable presenting and forming relationships with clients/subs.
