Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely proposals and bids for commercial construction projects
• Perform quantity take-offs and review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings to assess conditions and scope
• Develop pricing, preliminary schedules, and proposals in collaboration with the estimating team
• Support value engineering and cost analysis to ensure competitive, accurate estimates

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction (public, private, or federal)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in estimating software (Cost-OS, OST, Planswift) and tools such as Bluebeam, Excel, Word
• Solid knowledge across construction disciplines; civil estimating experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
