Responsibilities
- Review and interpret drawings and specifications
- Lead and support quantity takeoffs
- Manage vendor and subcontractor solicitation
- Assist with bid packaging and tab sheet preparation
- Support RFI resolution and subcontractor contract coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation across all preconstruction phases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Proficiency in estimating and takeoff software
- Working knowledge of Autodesk software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
