Responsibilities:
- Preparation of bid proposals
- Prepare quantity take-offs
- Conceptual and schematic estimating
- Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors/clients
- Participate in pre-bid meetings
- Present estimates internally and to clients
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Degree in Construction Management
- 5+ years estimating experience with a GC
- Experience in Education, Healthcare, Multi-family, Assisted Living, Retail & Office
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, designers, architects, clients
- Proficiency in MS Office, Timberline, OST
