Our client is a highly sought-after General Contactor in Arlington VA which has been continuously growing over the past few years & they don't look to be slowing down anytime soon as they are consistently winning jobs & have a huge pipeline for the coming years! Due to their ongoing success, they are looking to expand their team & are seeking an Estimator to join their Arlington Office!
The Estimator is responsible for preparing sections of construction estimates including the soliciting and evaluation of subcontractor bids and scopes of work, preparing quantity take-offs, and reviewing project plans and specifications for all categories of work. The Estimator must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

Requirements
