Responsibilities

• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to develop accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Prepare detailed budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies.
• Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs for both self-perform and subcontracted work.
• Perform value management and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners.
• Solicit and evaluate trade partner proposals and prepare subcontract agreements.
• Support the preparation of final contract estimates and documentation for project handover.

• 5+ years of experience as an Estimator within commercial construction preferred.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction and project delivery processes.
• Proficiency with estimating software (Destini or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
