Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects in varying stages of development
• Prepare comprehensive bids and ensure accurate scope coverage
• Conduct takeoffs, write scopes, and qualify subcontractor bids
• Compile complete proposals and bid documentation for clients
• Maintain strong industry relationships and market awareness
• Report directly to senior preconstruction leadership

• 3+ years estimating experience in corporate/ tenant interiors construction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and on-screen takeoff software
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with clients, designers, and subcontractors
