Responsibilities
- Support preconstruction team with project estimates
- Review plans and specifications for completeness and constructability
- Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed cost analysis
- Build and maintain subcontractor and vendor relationships
- Issue bid invitations and ensure trade coverage
- Prepare bid packages and scope documentation
- Analyze subcontractor proposals and align scopes
- Prepare bid analysis and estimate documentation
- Support estimate presentations and internal reviews
- Coordinate material pricing aligned with project schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare estimating or preconstruction experience
- At least 1 year of field experience preferred
- Strong understanding of plans, specs, and estimating fundamentals
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
