Client
A nationally recognised General Contractor known for delivering award-winning projects across the U.S. They are looking for an Estimator to join their Preconstruction team, with experience across Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, and Corporate Interiors sectors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed bids and develop scopes of work, collaborating with subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and coverage.
- Support client-facing efforts by presenting estimates and participating in project discussions.
- Contribute to day-to-day preconstruction tasks, including take-offs, budgeting, and bid strategy, while mentoring junior team members when applicable.
- Report to senior leadership within a structured Preconstruction team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- 3+ years’ estimating experience with a General Contractor.
- Proven project experience across Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, and Corporate Interiors.
- Proficient in OST, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Preconstruction and a willingness to learn and grow.
