We’re partnered with a top-tier General Contractor, nationally recognized for award-winning projects and a standout preconstruction team. They’re seeking an Estimator with experience in Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, or Mission Critical/Data Center work to support pricing and bidding on projects ranging from $15M to $200M+.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and constructability reviews using industry-standard software and manual methods.
- Assist in developing project-specific scopes of work, proposal qualifications, and bid packages for RFPs.
- Participate in pre-bid and project kick-off meetings to understand scope, schedule, and coordination requirements.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to gather pricing and clarify project details.
- Help maintain positive working relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree - Engineering or Construction Management.
- 3+ years’ experience within a General Contractor.
- Project experience in Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, or Mission Critical/Data Centre.
- Proficiency in OST, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills both written and verbal.
