We are partnered with a respected commercial General Contractor known for delivering high-quality projects across retail, education, office, interiors, and other commercial markets. The GC is growing and looking to strengthen its team with a detail-oriented Estimator who can support accurate pricing, strong subcontractor coverage, and smooth project handoff.

• Opportunity to own full quantity takeoffs, pricing, scheduling input, and scope reviews.
• Direct interaction with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and key subcontractors.
• Hands-on involvement in bidding strategy, design review, and project documentation.
• A collaborative environment with strong ties between Preconstruction and Operations.
• Exposure to a diverse range of commercial project types, typically valued at over $10M.
• A stable builder with a reputation for quality, integrity, and long-term client relationships.

• 2 or more years of commercial estimating experience.
• Ability to perform quantity takeoffs and validate subcontractor pricing.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, general conditions, and specifications.
• Experience in preparing detailed cost breakdowns for labor, material, and equipment.
• Strong communication skills with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Problem-solving ability and sound decision-making in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in estimating software (ProEst preferred).
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
