Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate time, cost, and labor estimates, from conceptual budgets to detailed take-offs.
• Manage bid administration, subcontractor scopes, and build strong subcontractor relationships.
• Identify project risks and collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Support proposals by reviewing RFPs and coordinating with preconstruction and marketing teams.

• 4+ years estimating or managing commercial construction projects.
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and RFPs.
• Great communicator, motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
• Skilled in On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office.
• MEP experience preferred.
• Field experience is also desirable.
