Responsibilities

• Lead estimating efforts for large-scale equipment and material scopes across multiple projects.
• Develop budgets, pricing strategies, and bid comparisons to support national project teams.
• Partner with procurement leaders to evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Work closely with internal estimating and preconstruction teams to align design, schedule, and cost targets.
• Provide market insights, benchmarking, and recommendations that influence purchasing decisions across the business.
• Mentor junior estimators and help refine internal estimating standards and processes.

• 10–15 years of experience in estimating, preconstruction, or procurement with a top-tier GC or trade contractor.
• Strong understanding of material and equipment pricing, ideally across mechanical, electrical, or structural systems.
• Proven ability to lead preconstruction efforts from concept through procurement.
• Skilled in vendor relations, bid evaluation, and cost analysis.
• Confident communicator who can collaborate across estimating, procurement, and operations teams.
