Our client is a Commercial General Contractor with offices nationwide and a proven track record of excellence in the construction industry.  This position will report directly to the Director of Preconstruction and will offer long-term progression opportunities within the company.

• Lead the electrical preconstruction and estimating process, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and adherence to project requirements.
• Work closely with team partners, specifically electrical engineers to develop comprehensive and detailed electrical project estimates.
• Collaborate with the pursuit/project teams throughout the purchasing electrical aspects of the project.
• Work with the latest technologies and platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical estimating and preconstruction management.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
