Our client, a mid size family orientated General Contractor is seeking an experienced estimator with K12 and Higher Education industry experience to join them in their Miami offices.

Working on Education & commercial projects ranging from $20MM-$60MM across Florida, they provide work through a variety of delivery methods including, negotiated, hard bid & design build.

Looking for an experienced estimator who can manage multiple projects while providing mentorship & teaching to junior level precon staff.

Requirements:

• 3-8 years' of estimating experience
• Experience in K-12 and Higher Education & commercial projects
• Planswith, On-Screen TakeOff, Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Timberline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
