Our client is an employee-owned commercial general contractor based in Atlanta, GA. They deliver a mix of ground-up and renovation projects across commercial, industrial, higher education, education, federal, manufacturing, healthcare, and institutional markets.

Responsibilities
- Lead the preconstruction and estimating function
- Manage and support a team of estimators
- Oversee proposals, client activity, presentations, and pursuit strategy
- Attend client interviews and support project wins
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key market contacts
- Support estimating on commercial, industrial, ground-up, and renovation work
- Help transition work from preconstruction into operations
- Travel locally across Metro Atlanta and Georgia as needed
Requirements
- Ideally, 2-3 years operating at Director level or above
- Commercial and industrial GC experience
- Strong communicator and client-facing experience
- Atlanta market experience and local relationships preferred
- Strong client-facing presentation skills
- Experience leading and developing estimating teams
- Software exposure preferred: Bluebeam, Autodesk, Sage, BuildConnect, or similar preconstruction tools
