Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical preconstruction and estimating efforts across large commercial projects
- Manage preconstruction processes, resources, and deliverables
- Oversee project budgets and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Review progress of projects and provide direction to internal teams
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Report directly into the VP of Preconstruction
- Drive value management and cost planning strategies
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant construction industry experience
- 10+ years within commercial construction and mechanical estimating
- Strong experience with estimating software and cost control
- Proven experience in value management processes
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar, or equivalent experience
