Responsibilities

• Lead end to end development and construction delivery of hyperscale data center projects.
• Oversee site selection, entitlements, design coordination, procurement, and construction execution.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, financial models, and overall development performance.
• Direct RFP processes, contractor selection, contract negotiations, and project delivery strategy.
• Coordinate consultants, engineers, contractors, and public agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress, manage risk, and report key construction and development metrics to leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or related field.
• Strong experience delivering large scale data center or mission critical development projects.
• Deep understanding of data center design, construction, and infrastructure development.
• Experience managing entitlements, permitting, and regulatory requirements for large developments.
• Strong financial acumen with experience reviewing project financial models and budgets.
• Proficiency with project management and construction software such as Primavera P6, Procore, Aconex, or similar.
