Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree— Building Construction or Engineering.
• 4+ years estimating experience with a General Contractor
• Stable employment history with previous employers
• Computer software skills in Excel, Om-Screen Takeoff, Timberline and Bluebeam
• Success in developing and maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and clients
• LEED certification a plus
• Design & Build project exposure
