Responsibilities

  • Develop new client relationships across industrial and manufacturing markets
  • Generate negotiated project opportunities
  • Manage strategic accounts and key client relationships
  • Work alongside the Project Development and Executive teams during pursuits
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
  • Develop market intelligence and identify growth opportunities
  • Support proposal development and client presentations

Requirements

  • 8+ years of construction business development experience
  • Existing relationships within the Southeast construction market
  • Industrial or commercial construction background preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven record of winning negotiated work
