Due to continued growth & many newly secured projects, they are expanding their Preconstruction team by adding a Preconstruction specialist as a VP of Preconstruction.

As the Vice President of Preconstruction, you will...

• Take a seat at the Senior Leadership table of one of the nation's biggest & best General Contractors
• Coordinate with other regional & local Preconstruction leaders to ensure the vision & goals of the firm are met & of the highest standard
• Take the lead on Business Development Pursuits & Presentations
• Provide mentorship & performance reviews for Preconstruction staff members ensuring an environment of learning & development.
• Perform value engineering services & conceptual estimates at the earliest stages ensuring profits & standards are maximized for both the firm & client.

• 15+ years of Preconstruction experience.
• Experienced across a diverse portfolio of projects. Desired projects include Commercial, Education, Healthcare, High Rise & Mid Rise Mixed Use & Multifamily.
• Construction Management / Civil Engineer or related Degree.
• Experience leading a team of construction professionals is essential.
