Our client is looking for an experience civil estimator to take up a leading role in either their Tampa or Orlando, FL Offices.
As the Senior Civil Estimator you will take the lead on various construction projects at different stages of Preconstruction. You will have a strong knowledge of both private & public sector civil work.
Experience leading projects ranging from $25MM-$75MM. Capable of providing mentorship & training to junior level preconstruction staff into roles of further responsibility.

Requirements
- 6+ Years of lead Civil Estimator experience.
- Bachelors Degree in CE OR CM or related field.
- Prior in field operations experience
- Local knowledge of subcontractors & vendors a bonus
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
